Building Momentum with Nimble Giant

Born from resilience and collaboration

Launching a new venture isn’t just about the big vision. It’s about the rhythm of small, steady steps that make the vision real. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been in that rhythm with my partners, shaping nimble giant from an idea into something tangible. We’ve been refining the language that defines us, building products, developing frameworks and products for responsible AI-adoption, and mapping customer journeys that take what feels complex and turn it into something clear, approachable, and actionable. We’re actively defining who we are.

It’s been equal parts creative and strategic. Some days are about wordsmithing until a phrase finally clicks. Other days are about sketching how a non-profit, startup, or community might experience nimble giant in practice. Each iteration feels like another brick in the foundation, small on its own but essential to the larger structure we’re building.

On the technical side, I’ve been rolling up my sleeves with heydavidelliott.com. Migrating the site to Astro, building it as a free portfolio template, and setting up automated deployments through GitHub Actions might sound like backend chores, but for me they’re part of the same story: building systems that scale.

Piece by piece, nimble giant is emerging. Not just as a concept, but as a partner for building something that works as good as it looks, and looks as good as it works. Crafted with quality, rooted in strategy, and delivered through thoughtful UX and development. It’s early, but the momentum is real.

What began as an idea with Kris, Georges, and me, has become an opportunity to carve our own path. As cliché as that sounds, it’s the truth, and watching it start to stand on its own has been energizing.
