Questions & Answers

How does the subscription work?

Once subscribed, you submit design requests and I work through them based on your priority. Revisions are always included.

What if I only have one project?

That works too. You can subscribe for a single month, get your project done, and pause or cancel. No long-term commitment required.

Who does the work?

Me — David Elliott. You're working directly with a senior designer and developer with 15+ years of experience. No outsourcing, no junior handoffs.

How do I submit requests?

Once you subscribe, you'll get access to a shared GitHub project board where you can submit, track, and prioritize your requests. You can also share via email, video walkthroughs, or Figma links — whatever works best for you.

What tools do you use?

Figma for design. For development, TypeScript with Next.js, React, and Astro, plus Postgres and deployment on Vercel or your existing host. For project management I use GitHub. For communication, email plus whatever chat and video tools your team already uses.

How is a Sprint different from a subscription?

A subscription is an ongoing queue: you send requests and I work through them. A Sprint is one fixed scope, one fixed price, and focused work that ends with something launched: about two weeks for a Launch Sprint, about four for a Product Sprint. We agree on the scope in writing before any work starts. After launch, a subscription can keep things moving, but it is never required.

Can I pause or cancel?

Absolutely. You can pause your subscription at any time and pick back up when you're ready. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period, so you won't lose any unused days.

What's not included?

Every plan includes some development: site and content updates on Starter, front-end development on Standard, and full-stack development on Design + Build and the Product Sprint. 3D animation and video production are outside the scope of every plan. If you're unsure, just ask — I'm happy to discuss.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the work, I don't offer refunds. However, you can pause or cancel at any time, and I'm committed to making sure you're happy with the output.
