These terms govern your use of the design subscription services offered by David Elliott, a sole proprietor operating at heydavidelliott.com. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
I offer three subscription tiers:
All plans are billed on a 31-day cycle at a flat monthly rate.
Once subscribed, you submit design requests and I work through them based on your priority. Depending on your plan, you can have one or two active requests at a time. Revisions are always included until you're happy with the result. Communication is async via Slack, Loom, and email.
You can pause your subscription at any time. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period, so unused days carry over when you resume. You can also cancel anytime — there are no long-term contracts or commitments.
Due to the nature of the work, refunds are not offered. However, you can pause or cancel at any time, and I'm committed to making sure you're satisfied with the output.
You own all deliverables upon payment. Every file and asset created for you is yours. Standard and Standard + Dev plans include Figma source files.
Complex full-stack application development, 3D animation, and video production are outside the scope of these services. If you're unsure whether something is covered, just ask.
To keep things moving smoothly, you're responsible for providing necessary assets, content, and brand guidelines, as well as timely feedback on deliverables.
My services are provided "as is." I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.
I may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, I'll notify active subscribers before they take effect.
