A better way to work together
Over the past few months I’ve had a lot of conversations with founders, marketing leads, and small teams who all need the same thing: reliable, high-quality design work without the overhead of a full-time hire. They don’t need an agency. They don’t need a one-off freelancer. They need a partner who understands their business, shows up consistently, and gets things done.
That’s what I’m building with my Fractional Design Partner service.
How it works
The model is simple. You subscribe to a plan, submit your design priorities, and I work through them one at a time. No long-term contracts. No surprise invoices. One flat monthly rate, and you can pause or cancel whenever you need to.
I use GitHub for project management so you can see exactly where things stand, and we stay connected through Slack, Loom, and email. It’s async-friendly but personal. You’re not submitting tickets into a void. You’re working directly with me.
Three tiers, built around real needs
I set up three plans because not everyone needs the same level of support.
Starter at $995/mo is for startups and small teams that need a fractional design partner for things like visual design, social graphics, or pitch decks. It’s lean and focused, with async communication and one active request at a time.
Standard at $3,995/mo is for companies that need a dedicated design partner on an ongoing basis. This opens up the full range of services: UX, UI, brand strategy, design systems. You get direct Slack and Loom access, and most requests turn around in about 48 hours.
Standard + Dev at $6,995/mo is for teams that need design and development under one roof. Everything in Standard, plus front-end development in Astro, HTML/CSS, or React. Two active requests at a time with priority turnaround.
All three include revisions until you’re happy with the work. No caps on that.
Why I’m doing this
Honestly, this came from paying attention to what people actually need. I’ve spent 15+ years leading design at companies like Corewell Health and TestifySec. I’ve seen how much great design can move the needle for a business, and I’ve also seen how hard it is for smaller teams to access that level of work.
The subscription model removes a lot of the friction. There’s no scoping back and forth, no proposals, no negotiating hours. You just subscribe and start getting design work done. If a month is slow, you pause. If things ramp up, you keep going. It flexes with you.
I want to be the kind of partner who makes your business look and feel like it’s operating at a level most companies twice your size can’t touch.
What you can expect
The range of what I can help with is broad: UI/UX design, brand identity, wireframes, prototypes, landing pages, pitch decks, usability testing, accessibility audits, creative direction, and more. If you have the Standard + Dev plan, I’ll handle front-end implementation too.
Every deliverable is yours. Full ownership, every file, every asset. That’s how it should be.
